You won’t find one in a supermarket, and you can’t truly learn to make one simply by following an online recipe.

This remarkable craft is a living part of Ukraine’s cultural heritage, passed down from generation to generation, from one craftswoman to another.

We invite you to a special hands-on workshop where you’ll discover the art of making traditional Ukrainian cheese horses, learn about their cultural significance and create your own little masterpiece.

Each participant will make 1–3 traditional cheese horses by hand and take them home as a unique souvenir.
