You must display your ticket on your mobile phone when it is scanned at the event.

WELCOME TO COPENHELL 2027!

Please note that COPENHELL is a cashless festival.

This means that cash cannot be used and Cash Cards cannot be purchased at the festival.

Payment can only be made by payment card.

Photo/video/audio equipment (including GoPro cameras), selfie sticks, food, beverages, weapons (including pepper spray) and fireworks are not permitted.

Security checks will be carried out.

COPENHELL is a festival, not a concert.

The programme is subject to change.

Tickets cannot be refunded in the event of band cancellations.

R.I.P.

COPENHELL's exclusive R.I.P. area is located in the eye of the storm, right in the middle of the wild festival grounds, nestled in the cosy forest by the Gehenna stage.

Guests with an R.I.P. ticket have unlimited access to the area during the festival, where they can enjoy delicious food in unique surroundings, a wine bar and luxury cocktails unavailable anywhere else on the festival grounds -- not to mention plenty of seating, lounge areas and upgraded toilet facilities.

The R.I.P. area offers a chance to relax, recharge and enjoy some well-deserved comfort, giving both body and mind the energy needed for even more mayhem out on the festival grounds.

Upgrade to R.I.P.: If you already have a standard ticket, you can easily upgrade through Ticketmaster Customer Service at +45 38 48 16 30 -- as long as R.I.P. tickets are still available.

The price is the difference between the ticket prices plus an administration fee.

ITEM This year, an R.I.P. 4-day ticket does not include a goodie bag.

Instead, it includes an exclusive R.I.P.

Item is available exclusively to guests with an R.I.P. 4-day ticket.

Item can only be collected at the following locations during their respective opening hours: - At COPENHELL's pre-event during the week leading up to the festival - At the R.I.P.

Info Booth during COPENHELL When collecting your R.I.P.

Item, you must present a valid Ticketmaster voucher, which will be scanned upon collection.

One R.I.P.

Item will be provided per valid voucher, and the voucher must be scannable in order to receive the item.

Items will not be shipped or otherwise provided after the festival has ended.

Please note: Accredited R.I.P. guests, upgraded tickets, tickets purchased through Resale, and companions of guests with wheelchair or other accessibility tickets will not receive an R.I.P.

YOUTH Youth tickets are available to young rock and metal fans aged 13 to 18, who can now experience the festival at a reduced price.

Children's tickets for ages 2--12 will from now on only be sold as 1-day tickets and will go on sale at a later date.

Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge.

Photo ID must be presented when collecting your wristband.

If you are unable to present valid photo ID, you may be required to purchase an adult ticket, provided adult tickets have not sold out.

Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival.

CHILD Children's tickets for ages 2--12 will from now on only be sold as 1-day tickets and will go on sale at a later date.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

If the accompanying adult has an R.I.P. wristband, the child will of course also be granted access to the R.I.P. area.

WHEELCHAIR USER A wheelchair ticket includes admission for one companion, provided a valid companion card issued by Disabled People's Organisations Denmark (Danske Handicaporganisationer), or an equivalent organisation in your country, is presented when collecting your wristband.

If you are unable to present a valid companion card issued by Disabled People's Organisations Denmark (Danske Handicaporganisationer), or an equivalent organisation in your country, we reserve the right not to issue a complimentary companion ticket.

Both you and your companion must collect your wristbands in person.

Please note that a large part of the R.I.P. area is covered with wood chips.

OTHER DISABILITIES This ticket is intended for people with non-visible disabilities or other disabilities.

A disability ticket includes admission for one companion, provided a valid companion card issued by Disabled People's Organisations Denmark (Danske Handicaporganisationer), or an equivalent organisation in your country, is presented when collecting your wristband.
