Sunget til verden - syngecirkel Starting singing circles for pregnant people, their partners, birth attendants and other helpers who want to explore songs connected with childbirth and the time around it. How can singing and the voice support pregnancy and childbirth?

That is the focus of the new classes at Kulturhuset.

No matter how much or how little you have sung in your life, you can join the circle and help open up the power of the voice. Randi Kjær is the author of the book Sunget til verden - om at føde og synge.

She has been a singing helper at other people’s births and sung her way through her own. She will teach and share a practice that is not about performance, but about the presence of the voice and its ability to strengthen and bring release.

You can choose to come once or several times. If there is a shared wish afterwards to continue in a singing circle with other pregnant people, Randi will facilitate its start, with a clear intention and direction for the group.
