Sunget til verden

Come and hear Randi Kjær talk about singing during childbirth. Randi Kjær is the author of the book "Sunget til verden", and she will talk about singing to get labour started, easing your own pain by singing through contractions, and singing for one another as an act of care.

You will also hear about women's experiences, celebration, powerful songs from Norse cultural heritage, oxytocin, the nervous system and sphincter muscles that relax when the voice opens up.

There will be space for dialogue, sharing experiences and questions.
