Melting Monday is a workshop designed to support you in becoming even more present, self-assured and authentic in all your relationships. We guide you towards a glimpse of the magic of tantra, which can become a valuable part of your daily life and your love life.

For example: - Practising recognising your true boundaries and expressing them - Practising recognising your true needs and expressing them - Non-verbal communication and play - Body–heart connection - Heightening your senses - Trusting your intuition - Opening your heart - What is a healthy and conscious relationship?

- Respect and attentiveness in intimacy

It can be an evening of pleasure and relaxation. It can be an evening with an opportunity to explore and respect your body's reactions and set clear boundaries, perhaps for the first time. Often, it will be an evening that feels like a journey encompassing both of these experiences. You can expect warm chai and a hug, eye contact, heart-to-heart connection and physical contact. We will laugh, explore, express ourselves, meditate, connect, understand, dance and touch – receive and give. Each participant is an important part of the journey, and everyone's boundaries are fully respected. We consider awareness of boundaries and the ability to express them an indispensable part of freedom and surrender. This is not about sexual abandon in the traditional sense, and we always keep our clothes on! Remember, this is not a dating service. To maintain a sense of safety throughout and a feeling of respite from everyday life outside, it is important that we leave one another completely free of expectations at the end of the evening.
