Kvindegruppen Yoniversal Wisdom med Diana

C.H.A.I. ́ s Kvindegruppe is a dedicated community that opens to new members twice a year, and then closes.

Our experience is that this way of admitting members creates the framework for a safe process of development, giving us time both to reach a point where we can truly support one another and to put what we have learnt into practice.

With deep respect for each person’s boundaries, our intention is to discover how we can reconnect sexuality and the heart.

Through body exercises, breathing exercises, dynamic meditations and sharing sessions, we curiously explore what the female body is saying.

Among other things, we explore: -How can we, as women, connect sexuality and the heart, despite the many influences pulling in the opposite direction? -What does it actually mean to connect sexuality and the heart? How does it feel? -What is the heart’s true longing? -How can we remain true to ourselves? -Where are our true boundaries, and how do they feel? -How can we learn to listen to the body in time? -Where do we find the strength to take responsibility for our own lives?

The programme is based primarily on the Tantric understanding of femininity.
