SpeedDating is a fun live dating concept where participants keep changing seats, giving you the chance to go on lots of dates in a short time.

You’ll be welcomed by a smiling host, who will give you your welcome pack and tell you where you can mingle with the other participants of your gender while you wait for the speed dating to begin. Before we start, there will be a short briefing with information about all the practical details, so you’ll be well prepared for the event. At our SpeedDating, you’ll have the opportunity to meet between 6 and 12 singles of the opposite sex. Each date lasts 7–10 minutes. We run up to 12 rounds of dates, with two breaks. (If everyone hasn’t had the chance to meet everyone of the opposite sex after 12 rounds, there will be an extra “round” where participants can take the initiative and have another date with whoever they choose.) During the event, you’ll fill in a match sheet as you go, ticking whether you’d like to stay in touch with each of your dates afterwards. 1–2 days after the event, you’ll receive an email with information about your matches. A match means that both you and your date have ticked “Yes” for each other on the match sheet. If you have one or more matches, the email will include the date number, first name and telephone number.

From there, it’s up to you to keep in touch and perhaps arrange a second date.

If sold out: Remember that you can sign up to the waiting list if your category is sold out. You’ll then receive an email if more tickets become available. We add tickets as places fill up for both genders, to ensure a good gender balance.
