Særrundvisning på Politimuseet med professor Henrik Stevnsborg

Join a guided tour of Politimuseet with Professor Henrik Stevnsborg, who will delve into the dramatic history of the Danish police, from its establishment in 1682 to the present day.

Along the way, we will stop at Politimuseet’s collection of historical police uniforms and the permanent exhibition on the police during the occupation – 5 years that challenged the police in every respect. We will also look at police responses to high-stakes situations in the 20th and 21st centuries, including social unrest, large-scale demonstrations and terrorist attacks.

The tour lasts approximately 1½ hours, after which there will be around ½ hour to explore Politimuseet’s collections freely.
