Særrundvisning på Politimuseet med professor Henrik Stevnsborg

Join a guided tour of Politimuseet with Professor Henrik Stevnsborg, who will delve into the dramatic history of the Danish police, from their establishment in 1682 to the present day.

Along the way, we will stop at Politimuseet’s collection of historical police uniforms and the permanent exhibition on the police during the occupation – 5 years that challenged the police in every respect. We will also look at the police response to high-risk situations in the 20th and 21st centuries involving social unrest, large-scale demonstrations and terrorist attacks.

The guided tour lasts approximately 1½ hours, followed by around ½ an hour to explore Politimuseet’s collections freely.
