Ecstatic Dance by Range of Motion

Ecstatic Dance by Range Of MotionOctober Theme: POETRY in MOTION (formerly known as Ecstatic Dance with Grundstoff & Ionstrom) In the framework of our new association, Range of Motion, our dance evenings are evolving into a bit more intentionally held and themed format.

The events will open with a session of guided movement exploration, inspired by the theme of the night, before the dance unfolds into a free ecstatic wave. You participate in the exercises as you choose for yourself.
