PART 1: INNER LEADERSHIP. Personal accounts of the felt experience of working life
Camilla Miehe-Renard, TV producer and author, on how a personal breakdown led to freedom from demands, expectations and preconceptions. Camilla shares practical techniques and tools for emerging stronger on the other side of a breakdown.
Jacob Mark, politician and former head of department at Danmarks Naturfredningsforening, on what it is like to return after stress-related sick leave. Jacob explains why stress-related illness requires time, conversation and patience, and what is needed to prevent us from having to take stress-related sick leave in the first place.
Pernille Lotus, former CEO and current breathwork facilitator, takes the audience through a guided mental break to give you an insight into the potential of breathing.
PART 2: COMPANY CASE STUDIES. Insights into practice
CASE STUDY: Metronome
Tina Hørbye C., CEO of Rejsekortet, talks about working with regenerative leadership in an organisation under pressure to deliver. Hear about the courage to insist that wellbeing, presence and calm are not at odds with high performance, and why Tina chose not to adopt the traditional 100-day plan as a new CEO. An honest case study about resistance, a paradigm shift and challenging the myth that toughness produces the best results.
Tina Christensen, director of Metronome, and Pernille Garde Abildgaard, working life expert, talk about the initiative "Superkraft", which has not only improved employees' wellbeing and focus but also given all employees 10 extra days off per year on full pay. The initiative has also won an inspiration award and influenced an entire industry.
PART 3: EXPERT ADVICE. Neuroscience, quantum physics and energy
Susanne Odgaard, founder of FutureWorks, shares a simple and effective method for personal transformation. With SMR-Method™, she shows how small changes in everyday life can reduce stress, improve quality of life and enable high performance – even in a complex and changing working environment. Henning R. Jensen, who holds a master's degree in engineering, shows how quantum physics offers new perspectives on wellbeing, relationships and performance in organisations. People and organisations are affected by the energy we emit, and authenticity is crucial to strong collaboration. When there is an imbalance between our inner state, the organisation's values and its actions, energy is drained – with consequences for both wellbeing and results. Charlotte Runge, nervous system expert, talks about neuroscience: from survival to sustainable performance. Stress and unease are signals from a nervous system that is out of balance. Charlotte offers an accessible neurophysiological perspective on how a regulated nervous system provides the foundation for mental capacity and sustainable performance. Participants will receive practical techniques that can be applied directly to support wellbeing at work PART 4: THE WIDER PERSPECTIVE. Social healing
Thomas Breinholt, author, former documentary editor at DR1, DR2 and TV2, and member of TV2's board, draws on his critically acclaimed book ‘Kan man tænke sig rask’ to explain how poor leadership can cause employees to think themselves seriously ill while also reducing their cognitive functioning and, consequently, their ability to work. Drawing on scientific research, he will explain how we can organise our companies to optimise both employees' health and their effectiveness 17.30: DRINKS AND NETWORKING.
