Christian Brøns celebrates his 25th anniversary at Pumpehuset this December On 29 December 2026, Christian Brøns returns to Pumpehuset – exactly 25 years after he first took to the stage there.

It marks a very special anniversary for one of Danish pop’s most recognisable voices, and audiences can look forward to an evening filled with both memories and music.

Christian Brøns truly made his name in the early 2000s with his debut album 'Du Kan Gøre Hvad Du Vil', which went straight to number one in the Danish album charts and stayed there for 23 weeks. The album went platinum, selling 80,000 copies, and also won awards including New Danish Name of the Year and Danish Pop Release of the Year.

The title track, 'Du Kan Gøre Hvad Du Vil', quickly became a modern classic and received both “Listener Hit of the Year” at P3 Guld and “Danish Single of the Year” at the GAFFA-Prisen – a song that still brings audiences of all generations together.

Since his debut, Christian Brøns has released several albums, including 'Tilbage til begyndelsen' (2002), 'Turist' (2006), 'Det løser sig' (2010) and 'Under overfladen' (2012), and built up a strong back catalogue of songs that many Danes feel a connection with.
