Breathwork Sound Journey

BREATHWORK SOUND JOURNEY

A journey into breath, body & sound

A sensory journey into the body – with guided breathing and live music.

We invite you to a special evening at House of Awakening, where breath and music merge in a shared journey into the body.

Imagine lying down, closing your eyes and letting go of the pace of everyday life. You’ll be guided through the breath as live music unfolds around you. Rhythms, tones and soundscapes accompany the journey, creating a space for immersion, presence and new experiences.
