Instruction in using singing bowls for wellbeing and sound in water You will be introduced to techniques for creating calm and wellbeing through sound frequencies, with singing bowls bringing balance to body and mind.

For those who want to learn how sound in water works and what it takes to give people in their network a taste of the calm and wellbeing the sounds can bring, particularly when participants and singing bowls are floating in the water.
