YUME.ITO Sauna – Japansk saunagus, ramen & sake(is) 🍜🧖‍♀️🍧 A sensory autumn evening 🌸 where Japanese scents and flavours meet sauna infusion rituals, cold-water dips and outdoor wellness 💧♨️

Sauna master Ida from YUME.ITO brings a selection of carefully blended scents and sensory experiences – all inspired by Japanese sauna and onsen culture 🇯🇵 All essential oils are from Esensera’s Japanese oil collection, featuring truly distinctive Japanese woods and citrus fruits.

Over two hours, we indulge in eight scent combinations through sauna infusions, facial mists, body rubs, incense and cold aromatic facial wraps. The eight scents also feature in the evening’s food and iced tea 🍵🍜🥢 Between the three sauna infusion sessions and cold-water dips, Japanese snacks, delicate onigiri and vegetarian miso ramen with udon noodles are served 🍙 🍜 – all of which can be enjoyed in our onsen lounge or around the fire in the courtyard 🔥 We finish the final sauna infusion session with a mandarin and sake ice lolly as we slowly cool down in the sauna 🍊🍶❄️

Please note that the event runs twice on the same evening – at 17.00 and 19.30. Please pay attention to the two start times when booking.

🕐 Please arrive 15–20 minutes early so you have time to get changed and settle in 👘 17.00 – Welcome and introduction to our little mini onsen 17.10 – Snacks, iced tea and the chance for a cold-water dip ❄️🍵 17.20 – First sauna infusion session with facial mist 🌫️ 17.40 – Onigiri served and time to relax around the fire 🍙🔥 18.00 – Second sauna infusion session with aromatic ice towels 🧖‍♀️ 18.20 – Miso udon ramen served with a variety of toppings 🍜 18.45 – Third sauna infusion session and a sake ice lolly in the sauna 🍶🍊 19.00 – Cold-water dips, body scrub and time to relax around the fire 💧🧴 19.15 – Thank you for this evening – Kon’ya wa arigatō 🌙

Extra pampering 🌿🔥 🛁 Warm, fragrant foot baths with Epsom salts – 35 kr.

🍵 Green tea with candied ginger – 20 kr.

🍺🥤 Japanese soft drinks and alcohol-free beer – 25 kr.

🕊 Important information

Changing rooms and showers are shared by all genders (though all shower cubicles have curtains). There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Please make sure you are freshly washed before the sauna infusion session.

The sauna is a non-sexual space ❌ No touching or comments about anyone else’s body or your own – a body is just a body 😊
