Jamón Jamón — ROOTS. If you love ham and vinyl records, this event is for you. Every Wednesday at 17:30, ROOTS hosts an intimate gathering around one of the most special products we have ever imported: Sant’ Ilario prosciutto, aged for 34 months.

A historic and highly exclusive producer, with only 12 pieces arriving in Denmark each year. Throughout the evening, the prosciutto will be sliced by hand directly at the table — slowly, carefully and traditionally — making the service part of the experience itself. To accompany the ham, we will serve two carefully selected glasses of wine inspired by the Italian and Spanish traditions historically linked to cured ham culture: two different expressions, two different perspectives, the same enjoyment. Guests are invited to bring a favourite vinyl record, which we will play during the evening on the ROOTS turntable, adding warmth, nostalgia and personality to the atmosphere. The idea behind "Jamón Jamón" is simple: to create a space for people who love food, wine, music and conversation to gather around one table and slow down together.
