SUMMARY:Undringstime og fællesspisning med Rethinking Economics
LOCATION:Kulturhuset Islands Brygge\, Islands Brygge 18\, 2300 København
DESCRIPTION:The climate crisis calls for a far-reaching green transition\
, but the economic framework within which our politicians operate makes i
t difficult to bring about the changes we need.\n\nBut what exactly is th
e economic framework we are navigating\, and how does it affect our abili
ty to create a green transition that is also socially just?\n\nIn this qu
estioning session\, we explore how the economy shapes our society and our
views on the climate and the transition. Drawing on perspectives from di
fferent schools of economics and cultural works\, we question ideas about
growth\, value and cost-benefit analysis\, among other things\, that inf
luence the economic debate.\n\nThe aim is for you to leave with new persp
ectives and a broader vocabulary for discussing the economy\, as well as
greater enthusiasm and more opportunity to take part in the debate about
 how our society should develop.
