  at a pace everyone can manage\, with plenty of breaks along the way.\n\n
 WHAT Based on several of SPYO’s works\, graffiti connoisseur René Bode
  has designed running routes in Nordvest/Nørrebro and on Amager/Christia
 nshavn. Along the way\, he talks about the art\, the city’s development
  and the areas we pass through. We make our way through neighbourhoods\, 
 courtyards and overlooked urban spaces\, where SPYO’s texts appear amon
 g building sites\, concrete and old industrial environments.\n\nWHO René
  Bode is one of the people who knows most about what is happening on Cope
 nhagen’s graffiti scene and the hidden sides of the city. Every day\, h
 e documents new artists\, works and impressions through his Instagram acc
 ount. He sees everything or has it sent to him. It all comes to life on c
 arefully planned running routes\, and now you have the chance to run alon
 g on one of them.\n\nABOUT THE RUN The route is 7 km long and takes aroun
 d 1.5 hours. The focus is not on pace or performance — everyone should 
 be able to join in and gain a new perspective on the city. Think urban tr
