DESCRIPTION:HOBBY HORSE PRESENTS: Rasmus Kjær Trio and OMRUM\n\nThis eve
 ning\, Rasmus Kjær Trio plays music by Rasmus Kjær\, composed over the 
 past decade and a half. The programme includes pieces from the 2012 debut
  album Broken Bow\, recorded with Kresten Osgood and Jonas Westergaard\, 
 as well as music from the latest release\, Underlake from 2025\, with Nic
 olas Masson and Noé Franklé.\n\nThe music is melodic\, open and inquisi
 tive. It draws on the history of jazz and the piano\, while also pointing
  towards new horizons. The compositions provide a framework for lively in
 terplay\, in which written and improvised music continually influence one
  another\, giving the three musicians room to explore the music together.
 \n\nAt the piano is Rasmus Kjær\, pianist\, organist\, composer and impr
 oviser. He has released a number of albums under his own name\, from Brok
 en Bow and Orgelimprovisationer to Turist\, EROBOTICA and Underlake. His 
 music moves between jazz\, improvised music\, composition and experimenta
 l music. In 2020\, Turist received the Best New LP Release award at Perfe
 ct Sound Forever's Vinyl Anachronist Awards in the USA\, and in 2024 he r
 eceived a commission from the Danish Arts Foundation for EROBOTICA 2050.\
 n\nOn bass is Richard Andersson\, a Danish/Faroese/Icelandic bassist and 
 composer who has been described as one of the most interesting figures on
  the Danish jazz scene. Andersson has released numerous albums as a bandl
