SUMMARY:MAZEN INKL. 3-RETTERS MIDDAG
LOCATION:IDA Conference\, Kalvebod Brygge 31-33\, 1560 København V
DESCRIPTION:Helt Tæt På is a rare opportunity to experience Mazen Ismai
l in an intimate setting. Closer to the words. Closer to the stories. And

January 2026\, Mazen took to the stage at Operaen in Copenhagen\, where
more than 3\,400 people attended two sold-out performances in historic su

Tæt På\, he goes in the opposite direction: from the big stage to an in

oetry is not just something you listen to. It becomes part of the encount
er between people. During the evening\, he shares some of his most powerf
ul and best-loved poems and stories from his live performances. With warm
th\, humour and honesty\, he puts into words love\, relationships\, life
and everything we carry inside us. An evening when the distance between a
rtist and audience almost disappears.\n\nABOUT MAZEN ISMAIL\n\nMazen is a
poet\, award-winning performer and storyteller. He is known for his abil

a special connection with his audience\, whether he is performing in fron

etry\, storytelling\, performance and music merge into a single experienc
 e. His writing is rooted in lived experience and explores the thoughts an
