DESCRIPTION:Learn dogme knitting!\n\nBring knitting needles in sizes 3–
 6 to the workshop.\n\nWe teach dogme knitting\, a technique where you kni
 t with unprocessed raw wool\, without carding or spinning it. It is compl
 etely natural and sustainable\, and a simple process that produces some r
 eally beautiful knitting.\n\nIn just a few steps\, you go from having unp
 rocessed raw wool to holding a finished product in your hands. We knit wi
 th wool from West Jutland Spælsau sheep\, whose very long fibres make it
  possible to knit without any preparation.\n\nAt the workshop\, you will 
 learn dogme knitting and gain knowledge about wool\, plant dyeing and wet
  felting. The price includes raw wool to make a pair of wrist warmers usi
 ng a simple pattern. You can also choose to make a West Jutland shepherd
 ’s vest\, a wrap-around vest with a hood. If you choose this option\, y
 ou can buy extra wool for 195kr\, enough for the whole vest.\n\nYou do no
 t need to be good at knitting to attend the workshop\, but it is helpful 
 to know how to knit\, purl and cast on stitches. At Hedestrik\, we would 
 like to focus on all the Nordic wool that lies unused as a by-product at 
 Nordic sheep farms. We will talk about wool from a climate perspective an
 d about which wool you can choose. We choose dogme and free knitting as a
