SUMMARY:Kontravoid + Spike Hellis
LOCATION:Beta\, Øresundsvej 6\, 2300 København S
DESCRIPTION:Kontravoid's masked mystique has remained for over a decade.\
n\nEver since the release of his self-titled LP in 2012\, the Canadian-bo
rn\, Los Angeles-based Cameron Findlay has perfected dark pop with his oe
uvre that teeters between the EBM\, electro and goth genres.\n\nHis produ
ctions\, such as 2019's "Too Deep" and 2021's "Faceless\," dive to the mo
st derelict corners of foggy\, strobe-lit clubs: there is no choice but t
o dance.\n\nBut there is an uncanny softness and obvious songwriting abil
ity to compose heart-wrenching songs that are both captivating and drench
ed in melancholy. 2018's "Undone" has been a fan favorite since it came o
ut on Berlin's Fleisch Records.\n\nOnstage\, Kontravoid demands the audie
nce's attention with his powerful performance that balances his specific
concoction of harsh beats with his signature bass line rhythmic patterns.
\n\nHe's toured alongside Boy Harsher\, ADULT.\, Drab Majesty and Hide\,
and has remixed the likes of Schwefelgelb and Kris Baha.\n\nTruly a man o
f the shadows\, Kontravoid is an unparalleled fixture in the dark electro
nic arena.\n\nStanding room only If advance tickets are sold out\, ticket
s will also be sold out at the door.\n\nDoors open 1 hour before the conc
 ert. https://www.amagerbio.dk/" target="_blank">www.amagerbio.dk Accessib
ility: A limited number of accessible tickets including a companion ticke
t are available.\n\nA valid companion card must be brought and presented
 at the venue.
