55° 42' N - 12° 37' is the exact
position of Copenhagen if you consult
a nautical chart. Copenhagen is by many travellers
considered one of the highlights on cruises in
the Nordic waters, and indeed, in recent years Copenhagen has become a leading cruise port in this part of Europe.
Most of the world's cruise lines with the Baltic
and the Norwegian Fjords itineraries visit Copenhagen
as a port of call. The Copenhagen Port hosts more
than 300 cruise calls a year carrying more than
600,000 passengers.
